What happens after you accept your quote...
Once you have accepted your quote you will receive an automated email confirming our receipt of your order.
A member of our team will be in touch to agree your project dates and confirm the installation process.
About your installation...
• All elements of your delivery, supply and installation are managed by The Playground Company operations team.
• All Schools receive full site specific RAM's for your installation.
• PGCO Health and Safety Policy and copies of all insurances are available upon request.
• All staff are fully DBS Checked - Electronic copies of certificates available upon request.
Things to know...
• Your installation will be completed within the 'scope of works' specified in the above quotation. Any works that fall outside of the above quotation may be subject to additional charges.
• All quotations are always given in good faith and without digging test holes into your ground. Once your project commences, should site conditions require additional works we will be in touch to discuss findings.
• Any abnormal digging conditions - This will be subject to a full re-price unless expressly agreed at quote stage.
• In all cases, PGCO guarantees do not cover any issues relating to subsidence caused by subsoil ground movement, shrinkage or flooding.
• Where Synthetic surfaces are installed by PGCO, our guarantees do not cover issues relating to flooding except for where it has been installed with a full draining system.
• Any of our equipment or surfaces installed in or onto a pre-engineered / existing play surface, PGCO will not be held responsible for any failure of the existing base and how this impacts our products or surfaces.
• Post Installation Inspections: Completed by an Independent RPII annual inspector to confirm compliance of safety standards BS EN 1176 following your installation - £375 + VAT - Please contact the office if you would like to include this within your project.
