Clamber Stack Midi with Slide
Brief
This was a brand new facility for the pupils, so the staff at the school wanted ensure that the outdoor area reflected the high quality level of education that the students recieve at the school. This playground would mostly be used by theiur KS1 and KS2 children during break and lunch times, so it had to include elements of physical play, for movement breaks and proprioceptive stimulation, as well as sensory play, for multi-sensory output, and free space, for movement breaks, sensory circuits and activities.
Project Details
This playground now has a Clamber Stack Midi with Slide which will provide the students with somewhere to climb, developing their balance, agility, coordination and strength. This also provides proprioceptive and vestibular output.
We also installed a Bespoke Sand Pit with Pulley System for sand play activities, helping to develop motor skills and mathematical understanding while encouraging creativity,
There are also Sensory Panels in this playground, which provide somewhere for tactile stimulation and help to develop fine motor skills.
